Your use of the AuditBoard for Microsoft Teams app and your access to the AuditBoard platform (the "Service") are governed by and subject to the Subscription Agreement (or similar agreement) between AuditBoard, Inc.("AuditBoard") and the business or entity that is an AuditBoard customer and provides you with access to the Service.
