AuditBoard is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (Registry ID #: 143422)*. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
Webinars
Certain AuditBoard webinars may be eligible for NASBA CPE credit as indicated at the time of registration. Please refer to the applicable registration page for more details. In order to receive CPE credit, attendees must meet the eligibility requirements below. Eligibility requirements for all webinars (or Group Internet-Based programs, as defined by NASBA) are as follows:
Certificates will be provided within 60 days of course completion. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for participating in the entire webinar. Failure to meet these requirements may impact credit eligibility.

AuditBoard Academy
AuditBoard Academy Courses eligible for CPE credit will be marked with a CPE indicator and have accompanying requirements and information in the course catalog, details, and assessments. Certificates will be provided immediately upon course completion within the AuditBoard Academy platform.
