We are seeking an intelligent, coachable, hard-working, and driven professional to help guide and shape a world-class partner organization. As Global Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to roll out a formal partner program and manage the operational cadence and heartbeat of our alliance motion. Our partners include some of the most prestigious accounting and consulting firms, strong mid-market and emerging players, and global service providers. A successful candidate will have experience working closely with our GTM teams to ensure the success of our partnerships by building and maintaining relationships, developing strategies, and executing operational plans. This role reports to our Director of Alliances GTM and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the partner operations strategy underpinning our global alliance's program
Enhance our “Partnerships OS,” including CRM infrastructure and Partner Portal/PRM; leveraging AI and automation where possible to increase efficiency
Utilize data-driven insights to identify focus areas for revenue growth and top-of-funnel generation across the alliance's business
Lead the structuring and launch of a formal partner program in collaboration with key stakeholders in alliances and marketing, ensuring an exceptional partner experience.
Design and deliver dashboards/analytics to track partner KPIs and deliver performance data to both partners and AuditBoard sales leaders
Establish guardrails to ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations, including partner agreements, renewals, and commissions.
Foster strong relationships with operational counterparts across marketing, legal, finance, sales, enablement, revenue operations, and systems teams.
Collaborate with field leadership and partner enablement to define RoEs for partner collaboration, and educate internal teams to ensure seamless adoption
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
5–8 years of proven experience in partner, revenue, or GTM operations within Enterprise SaaS companies
Demonstrated thought leadership in partner operations, with the ability to leverage past experience and knowledge to guide innovation at AuditBoard
Skilled at analyzing KPIs/metrics and translating insights into revenue opportunities or actionable recommendations for initiative prioritization
Track record of success managing complex, cross-functional rollouts, delivering results in fast-paced environments, and effectively reprioritizing as needed
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated understanding of alliance go-to-market strategies, channels, and/or structuring new commercial models with partners
Hands-on experience scaling Partner Portals/PRMs and developing robust partner programs
Familiarity with sales technology platforms; expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau is required, while experience with a combination of Zinfi Partner Portal, Marketo, Gainsight, and Highspot is recommended
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; MBA or consulting experience
