Why This Role is Exciting

AuditBoard is seeking a Digital Programs Specialist in a contractor capacity to support the Digital Programs team in the creation, management, and execution of digital outreach programs.  This role will play a key part in a broad range of efforts that help us effectively engage with our customers digitally with the goal to drive product adoption and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the the planning, operations, execution, and monitoring of digital programs inclusive of email campaigns and customer live events
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of tasks
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gain actionable insights, and inform decision-making processes
  • Prepare and maintain reports on  progress, performance, and key results for the digital program initiatives
  • Set up a light-weight project management structure and cadence to enable the team to effectively manage new and on-going projects
  • Help maintain team and project documentation to facilitate communication within the team, with cross-functional teams, and with stakeholders

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Marketing role ideally at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in project management  and proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Proficiency in reporting using tools such as Excel, G Sheets, and Tableau (nice to have)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and/or customer success tools
