Sr. Internal Communications Manager
As the Sr. Internal Communications Manager, you will help lead the AuditBoard internal communications strategy, focusing on ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s mission, values, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Internal Communication Plans: Create and implement comprehensive global internal communication plans to support key business initiatives, organizational changes, and values/culture and engagement programs. Align these plans with the rest of the communications team including PR and social media.
Content Creation and Distribution: Craft clear, compelling, and timely content for various internal channels (emails, newsletters, slack, intranet (Guru), etc.) that resonate with diverse employee audiences. Ensure consistent messaging and tone aligned with company branding and values.
Internal Communication Strategy: Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify global internal communication needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver integrated campaigns to enhance understanding and drive engagement around company priorities, values, and goals.
Cross-Communications Collaboration: Partner closely with the rest of the wider communications team, including PR, Exec, Corporate Communications, and Social Media to help execute the company's global integrated communications strategy.
Program Management: Manage the planning, development, and execution of global communication programs, delivering them on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives to continuously improve content and strategy.
Communication Event Coordination and Support: Organize and manage internal events, such as Company Kick-offs, Fireside Chats, all-hands meetings, and leadership Q&A sessions, to foster employee connection and engagement. Support the logistics, agenda, and messaging to ensure successful execution.
Employee Engagement: Act as a champion for two-way communication, gathering insights on employee sentiment, and recommending communications improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Content Calendar and Channel Management: Maintain a global internal communications content calendar and manage distribution channels (email systems, internal networks, Guru, Slack). Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of channels for maximizing employee reach and engagement.
Change Management Communications: Work closely with change management teams to develop communication strategies that effectively support major organizational changes and transitions, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruption for employees.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor the success of internal communications through analytics. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of internal communications, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
5+ years of professional experience in internal or corporate communications in the tech industry (global experience a plus).
Highly organized professional with experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly with global companies at scale stage and beyond.
Strategic thinker who is also a skilled tactical operator able to turn plans into effective action.
Self-motivated leader who can build executive stakeholder trust and drive consensus on internal communications plans and tactics.
Exceptional writer and communicator, skilled at crafting strong narratives for internal audiences.
Comfortable working directly with senior executives.
Experience with HR and internal comms stacks (HRIS systems, intranet/wiki platforms, Slack, etc.)
