Description
As regulations expand amid today's dynamic risk environment, organizations often struggle to stay in compliance and determine the most cost-effective methods to protect their organizations from emerging threats. Additionally, many organizations are still managing IT risks with an ad-hoc, reactive approach, and are lacking effective mitigating action plans, leaving them at elevated risk of a data breach or privacy violation. This session will explore the benefits of an effective IT risk management program, provide steps teams can take to immediately begin addressing shortfalls and gaps in their program, and will lay out a framework for ensuring successful implementation of these tactics.
About the speakers
Tony Luciani is a Senior Manager of Product Solutions at AuditBoard. Prior to AuditBoard, Tony served as IT Risk and Compliance Manager at Sony Pictures. As a former InfoSec consultant, PCI QSA, and CCSFP Assessor, his experience ranges from performing gap/attestation assessments (i.e. NIST, ISO, CIS, SOC2, PCI, HITRUST, etc.) to facilitating IT risk management programs for customers across multiple industries.
