About the speakers

Emily Villanueva, MBA, is a Senior Manager of Product Solutions at AuditBoard. Emily joined AuditBoard from Grant Thornton, where she provided consulting services specializing in SOX compliance, internal audit, and risk management. She also spent five years in the insurance industry specializing in SOX/ICFR, internal audits, and operational compliance.

Natalie Dytrych is a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Regulatory Compliance at AuditBoard. She has 8 years of experience helping financial institutions navigate complex regulatory compliance and risk challenges, most recently as a Senior Manager at PwC. Natalie specializes in leveraging technology and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance effectiveness, and reduce operational costs. She has led teams that design and implement scalable regulatory change management and regulatory inventory build frameworks tailored to meet complex regulatory demands while driving strategic outcomes. Natalie had successfully guided clients through critical regulatory deadlines, improved delivery times, and built governance models that withstand evolving regulatory expectations.

Brian Pearce serves as SVP – Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Osaic, Inc. In this role, Brian partners with executives and their teams throughout the business and operational functions to provide thought leadership on broader risk management and guidance on design and implementation of risk controls. In addition, he provides support to business leaders by leading the organization’s Business Continuity Management Program, Third Party Risk Program, and Books & Records Program. Working closely and in conjunction with other risk partners (e.g. Compliance, Supervision, Internal Audit, CISO), Brian monitors the risk and control environment and reports risks to leadership and the appropriate governance bodies, including the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
