Before joining AuditBoard, Vi served as an External Auditor at PwC, gaining valuable experience in auditing methodologies and regulatory compliance. She later transitioned to Targa Resources as an Internal Controls Senior Analyst, specializing in internal control processes and risk management frameworks. Vi also held the role of Associate Manager at The Siegfried Group, where she consulted and provided accounting assistance to Fortune 1000 companies during critical times of need.
Eileen Heilman formerly worked with AuditBoard where she energizes organizational growth by designing and leading learning programs and has successfully onboarded over 500 employees. With a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a dynamic background in corporate L&D, education, and global consumer services at Nike World Headquarters, she creates innovative, strengths-based solutions that inspire transformation.
