Latest AuditBoard Capabilities Enable Users to Automate Each Step in Their Connected Risk Program

Enhanced Connected Risk Platform

Gain more insight into your risk posture with new features like Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RiskOversight), which allows users to assess individual controls against operational risks to more easily identify control weaknesses and gaps, and Financial Application Inventory Pages (SOXHUB), which consolidates and standardizes application information across the platform for better visibility and analysis of financial application impact. 

More Automation 

Do more with fewer resources by taking advantage of new automation features like Audit Form Scoring (OpsAudit), which allows users to implement a scoring methodology to automatically summarize survey results and focus follow-up activities on areas of concern, Recurring Policy Reviews (CrossComply) for automated reminders to ensure policies are initiated and reviewed in a timely manner, and Automated Evidence Collection (Platform) to pull data directly from source systems — no coding knowledge required!

Increased Collaboration

Enable more accurate issue tracking, reporting, and actionable next steps with two new issue workflow statuses — Draft and Canceled (Platform), Jira enhancements (Platform) to increase engagement with stakeholders who prefer to collaborate in Jira, and a new Work Step Preparer Digest (OpsAudit) that can be sent on a periodic basis to remind preparers of upcoming tasks while reducing email fatigue.

End users can also automatically send questionnaires to vendors based on criticality or risk level (TPRM), customize emails to vendors (TPRM), render issue and action plan information in full page view (Platform), take new AuditBoard Academy courses, and much more.
