We're thrilled to introduce Jordan Wong, a Renewals Deal Desk Analyst at AuditBoard and our 2025 constant innovation value champion. As a Renewals Deal Desk Analyst, Jordan consistently demonstrates constant innovation by developing ingenious pricing solutions for our customers. He's a true expert at devising creative offers, ranging from flexible step-up pricing to strategic multi-year agreements. Jordan's strong collaborative spirit and ability to partner effectively with account executives are instrumental in securing competitive deals and winning new business for AuditBoard. Learn more about Jordan below!
Tell us about your role at AuditBoard!
Jordan: I’m a Renewals Deal Desk Analyst, which is a part of the Order Management team here at AuditBoard. Order Management is in charge of ensuring that all of our deals and contracts are booked properly and in accordance with company policies. The Renewals Deal Desk function primarily supports deal operations for the renewals segment of the business, but also supports sales when we are selling to expand and renew an existing account at the same time.
What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned at AuditBoard?
Jordan: One lesson that always comes to mind is to not be afraid to push the norms a little bit if it means that we are able to serve our customers better.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Jordan: The most rewarding part of my job is getting to see a wide variety of deals. As someone who loves learning about the way different businesses operate and grow, this knowledge has been priceless for me. I like to say I have a front-row seat to watching a growing company like AuditBoard operate and change over time.
How has AuditBoard helped you in your career development?
Jordan: The people I work with and the relationships I have built at this company have been extremely helpful in my career development. I feel comfortable knowing that if I have a question or want to learn about something another team does, I can always reach out to learn more from others, and I have never run into someone at AuditBoard who isn’t willing to share their knowledge with others.
What advice would you give someone interested in a career in your field?
Jordan: Be nimble and curious. In a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, things can and will go wrong, but how you respond to those situations will only prepare you for the next challenge. Also, be okay with saying “no”; there will be times when you absolutely have to stand firm with a solid “no” and you have to be okay with that.
