About the speakers

Raul Villar Jr. is the CEO of AuditBoard. He joined AUditBoard following a highly successful tenure as CEP of Paycore, a prominent human capital management software company. During his time there, Raul was instrumental in accelerating product innovation, scaling operations, and significantly expanding market share, culminating in its sale to Paychex for $4.1 billion in April 2025.
His deep expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, and fostering customer-centric cultures aligns perfectly with AuditBoard’s mission to transform how organizations manage risk. Prior to Paycor, Raul held leadership roles at AdvancedMD and ADP, demonstrating a proven ability to drive operational excellence and market expansion, and a commitment to fostering strong company cultures and driving customer satisfaction.

Justin Greenberger is the Chief Customer Officer at AuditBoard. Justin joined AuditBoard in October 2024. He is based out of White Plains, NY. Prior to joining AudiBoard, Justin spent six years at UiPath, where he helped scale the customer organization through its IPO, growing the team to over 200 people and supporting $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before UiPath, he spent over nine years at General Electric, including as CIO at GE Digital, where he led audit teams and risk management initiatives across the business. Technically focused with experience in cybersecurity, product management, and post-sales delivery across industrial verticals and software companies.

April Crichlow is the Chief Marketing Officer at AuditBoard. An experienced global B2B SaaS marketing leader, April oversees the marketing team and aims to accelerate the awareness of AuditBoard’s innovative solutions amidst continued rapid growth and international expansion. She has led global thought leadership and strategic partnerships on inclusive culture, women’s equality, and sustainable supply chains, growing brand reputation with the United Nations, the New York Stock Exchange, AAPI networks, and Cannes Lions. April has also been honored by CRN’s “Women of the Channel” and as a “Top 100 Ethnic Minority Executive” by EmPower, presented by the Financial Times and Yahoo Finance.
- Most recently, April served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Centrical, a growth-stage B2B SaaS company that offers an AI-driven employee performance experience platform to customers in 150 countries and 40 different languages.
- Prior to Centrical, she spent over 15 years at SAP, where she was the Chief Marketing Officer for SAP SuccessFactors, which serves 267 million users across 200 countries.
- She also held several customer and partner marketing leadership roles throughout her tenure. At SAP, she built the category growth of Human Experience Management (HXM), led an award-winning customer marketing organization at SAP Ariba, and created SAP’s first partner demand generation practice.

Anton Dam is the Vice President of Engineering for Data, AI/ML at AuditBoard. In his role, Anton is responsible for the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance audit, risk, and compliance workflows. His experience includes developing enterprise AI products at LinkedIn and Workday, as well as at startups such as Restless Bandit and Skupos.

Matt Mabel is an Audit & Risk Management Executive with 20 years of experience evaluating, improving, and optimizing processes and systems in companies of various sizes, including global Fortune 100 corporations. At my current company, a Fortune 100 banking/financial services provider, I lead a team of talented colleagues in the Internal Audit Strategy, Process and Product Innovation functions. Prior to this role, I also led the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP) and the audit portfolio of the Global Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Technology for the Company. At prior companies, I served as a leader in IT and Business Process Assurance and Advisory at a Big 4 Accounting Firm, and led Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance functions at a large healthcare provider.
I am passionate about helping organizations understand and mitigate their key business risks, leading and developing people, leading transformational projects and programs, and fostering executive level relationships to use my credibility and influence to drive positive change.

Hayley Burger is a Senior Manager of Product Solutions at AuditBoard, where she helps organizations streamline their audit, risk, and compliance programs through technology. Hayley began her career in PwC's Risk Assurance practice, where she specialized in internal audit, forensic accounting, risk management, and compliance. She also worked at Raytheon Technologies on their Forensic Audit and Compliance Team. Hayley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). A proud graduate of the University of Miami, she currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her family.

Sarah Goff is a Manager of Product Solutions in AuditBoard’s dedicated Financial Services group. Here she works with clients to understand their environment and challenges, and how to optimize their use of technology. Prior to AuditBoard, Sarah worked at Deloitte for over five years in the Risk Advisory practice where she advised her clients on their internal audit and risk management activities. There she had the opportunity to work with some of the largest banking and insurance companies globally. She started her career with ExxonMobil where she spent four years in their Finance function. Along with an honors degree in Commerce, Sarah obtained a Masters of Business Administration and holds a CPA designation.

Clifton Handy is a Senior Product Solutions Manager at AuditBoard, where he helps organizations optimize their security, risk, and compliance programs. Clifton began his GRC career at Grant Thornton in their Risk Advisory practice with a focus on SOC 1 and 2 reports and HITRUST compliance. After becoming a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he led IT and operational audits within CO-OP Financial Services and advised business stakeholders on effective risk treatment strategies
