About the speakers

Jeff Sebree has a diverse background of executive leadership experiences. He has held internal audit, accounting, finance, and human resource leadership roles across multiple industries (transportation, technology, manufacturing) at some of the most well-known, industry-leading multi-billion dollar companies (Union Pacific Railroad, Oracle, Eagle Materials).
In his current role as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Eagle Materials, a publicly traded industrial manufacturing company, he is responsible for all audit operations, including SOX, operational, and technology audits. He also routinely provides advisory services on risk management, compliance, and ERM matters.
Jeff received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Creighton University's Heider College of Business. He has remained active with his alma mater on the Accounting Department's Executive Advisory Board since 2017. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Roland L. Chapin is a senior leader in information security and supply chain risk management, with extensive experience supporting U.S. Government and Department of Defense programs. He currently runs the Supply Chain Risk & Information Security Organization at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where he leads security policy development and oversees supply chain risk.
Previously, Roland spent over a decade with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement, managing regional security and justice reform initiatives across Central America.
Roland calls San Diego home, where he lives with his wife and three children.

Richard Chambers is the CEO of Richard F. Chambers & Associates, a global advisory firm for internal audit professionals, and also serves as Senior Advisor, Risk and Audit at AuditBoard. Previously, he served for over a decade as the President and CEO of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where he led the organization to record global membership and countless milestones. Prior to The IIA, Chambers was national practice leader in Internal Audit Advisory Services at PwC and vice president of The IIA’s Learning Center.
