Bill Stahl

Bill Stahl, Senior Director of Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit at Inspire Brands, is a highly accomplished audit and risk executive with extensive experience designing, building, and leading Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and SOX/ICFR programs across diverse industries. He brings a strong record of aligning risk oversight with strategic objectives, enhancing organizational control environments, and delivering pragmatic, high-impact solutions in dynamic and fast-paced settings. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with standing up new functions, transforming legacy audit capabilities, and leading through high-stakes environments — including IPO readiness, first-year audits, and global expansion efforts. While operating at the executive level, Bill maintains a hands-on, business-oriented approach that emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk transparency, and operational relevance. His leadership style is grounded in accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. He takes pride in building trusted relationships across the organizations he serves — ensuring internal audit and risk functions contribute meaningfully to enterprise value.

Beyond his role at Inspire Brands, Bill is a Board Member and CFO for the Atlanta IIA Chapter, an Instructor at the Kennesaw State University (KSU) School of Accountancy, an Advisory Board Member for the KSU Internal Audit Center, an IIA ERM Committee member, and an active member of the Inspire Brands LGBTQ+ Pride BRG. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, marathon runner, and Eagle Scout. In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling with his husband and spending time with family.

Chris Wisecup

Chris Wisecup is the Vice President, Governance, Risk and Compliance at Rocky Brands, Inc. (NYSE: RCKY). Chris brings 20 years of industry knowledge to his role. Prior to joining Rocky Brands, he held multiple positions in audit and advisory services at Deloitte. Chris uses a modernized approach to corporate governance and internal process improvement.

Over his career in the retail and consumer products space, Chris led the design, implementation, and testing of internal controls and other compliance programs with small to large-cap SEC companies and led cross-functional teams through complex transactions with a focus on accounting, reporting, and project management leadership.

Justin Greenberger

Justin Greenberger is the Chief Customer Officer at AuditBoard. Justin joined AuditBoard in October 2024. He is based out of White Plains, NY. Prior to joining AudiBoard, Justin spent six years at UiPath, where he helped scale the customer organization through its IPO, growing the team to over 200 people and supporting $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before UiPath, he spent over nine years at General Electric, including as CIO at GE Digital, where he led audit teams and risk management initiatives across the business. Technically focused with experience in cybersecurity, product management, and post-sales delivery across industrial verticals and software companies.
