About the speakers

Currently, Carl delivers advice and consultation regarding SOX compliance, finance/IT internal audit, and lean business process improvement. He is primarily focused on technology, manufacturing, life science, and financial services companies.

Nick Sparks is a Sales Engineer at Fastpath where he shares his knowledge of security and GRC software with Fastpath prospects and customers. He has worked in the enterprise software sales space for seven years, with the past four years focusing on sales engineering and architecting solutions to best meet customer requirements.

He has 13+ years of experience in professional services and early-stage businesses in both the U.S. and UK.

Pat Wadland is a risk advisory leader for RSM with over 9 years of experience in ERP risk, security & controls, GRC implementation, product management and IT audit. He also has more than 5 years of financial experience in portfolio management, equity research, buy-side trading and private bank operations.
