About the speakers

Justin Snow is an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting. Justin is a Technical Privacy and AI Governance SME with eight years of experience identifying and remediating risk for clients across industries. Justin leads engagements in privacy, cybersecurity, third-party risk management (TPRM), and AI Governance, applying industry frameworks such as NIST and ISO, and regulatory standards including GDPR and the EU AI Act. His certifications include CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, and AIGP.

Tyler McMorris is an Associate Director in IT Risk Advisory Consulting with extensive experience in technology risk, including security risk and controls, cybersecurity, IT and data governance, AI and automation, and regulatory compliance. He works with multi-national organizations to align technology strategies with regulatory requirements, ensuring day-one compliance. He leads large, diverse teams and manages complex client relationships, providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, cloud security, data protection, and digital & AI strategy and transformation to help businesses navigate risks and stay resilient in a dynamic and ever-changing technology landscape.
