About the speakers

Daniil Karp is a SaaS business professional with over a decade helping organizations bring revolutionary new practices and technologies into the fields of IT security and compliance, HR/recruiting, and collaborative work management. Prior to joining AuditBoard, Daniil worked in go-to-market at companies including Asana and 6sense.

Diana Kelley is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Protect AI. She also serves on the boards of WiCyS, The Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), InfoSec World, TechTarget Security Editorial, and DevNet AI/ML. Diana was Cybersecurity Field CTO for Microsoft, Global Executive Security Advisor at IBM Security, GM at Symantec, VP at Burton Group (now Gartner), and a Manager at KPMG. Her extensive volunteer work has included serving on the ACM Ethics & Plagiarism Committee and as Cybersecurity Committee Advisor at CompTIA. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, the host of BrightTALK’s The Security Balancing Act, co-author of the books Practical Cybersecurity Architecture and Cryptographic Libraries for Developers, the EWF 2020 Executive of the Year, and EWF Conference Chair since 2021.

Kerri Rauschenbach is the Head of IT Governance, Risk and Programs at General Atlantic, a member of the Global Information Technology Management Team and the Global Privacy Team. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, Kerri was the founder of Metis Advisory consulting, and prior to that she was the Global Data Risk and Control officer at Barclays. Kerri began her career at EY in the Financial Service office focusing on IT, operational, and privacy Risk.

Maureen Bujno has over 30 years of business experience at Deloitte LLP. Her experience includes seven years of auditing in public accounting, seven years in mergers & acquisitions, and over 16 years in corporate governance. As an Audit & Assurance Governance Leader and corporate governance subject matter resource, she advises public and private company boards and their committees on a variety of board governance hot topics, rules, and leading practices to assist them with their governance challenges.
