Joshua Constant is a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Practice with over 8 years of experience in internal audit, enterprise risk, and controls consulting. Throughout his career, Joshua has focused on operational internal audits across several industries, with particular expertise in technology, healthcare, and hospitality. Within internal audit, he specializes in integrating technology-driven audit methodologies and data analytics testing through tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and recently developed custom AI agents.
Joshua is passionate about transforming the internal audit function into a value
creator for organizations. He is a certified OpsAudit implementer and has assisted
multiple clients in integrating AuditBoard’s leading GRC platform into their day-to-day audit execution activities. Additionally, Joshua consistently provides exemplary
continuous audit monitoring capabilities, whether through AuditBoard or data
visualization tools, to enhance risk coverage, detection, and oversight.

Griffin Maynard has 4+ years of experience in Grant Thornton’s Risk Advisory practice, focusing on clients’ control and compliance environments across SOX, privacy, access, data governance, data security, risk oversight, and internal audit. He helps organizations automate, centralize, and visualize their processes by implementing GRC solutions, enforcing data management best practices, and building unified reporting environments.
As an AuditBoard-certified OpsAudit Implementation Lead (Data & Project), Griffin supports both new and established clients in optimizing their use of AuditBoard. His work spans standing up the OpsAudit module to meet unique client needs, enhancing integrations across the risk ecosystem, and developing complementary tools and dashboards that unlock deeper insight from GRC data.

Denise is a Senior Associate in the Risk Advisory Practice, specializing in internal audit across diverse industries, including AML, IT, Financial Services, and Healthcare. She brings deep expertise in data analytics and visualization, leveraging tools such as Power BI and Tableau to uncover insights and identify potential risks by analyzing current and historical data. Denise is also highly skilled in data manipulation and automation using Python, R, and SQL.
