In addition, Alex possesses deep knowledge and understanding of the regulatory standards and frameworks such as COSO, SOX, NIST (800-53 and CSF), HIPAA, CSA CCM, FISMA, FedRAMP, CIS CSC, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, ISO, and SOC 1/2/3. Prior to joining MorganFranklin Cyber, Alex spent over 15 years in management/leadership positions at leading accounting firms, financial institutions, and software companies.

Anton Dam is the VP of Engineering for Data, AI/ML at AuditBoard. In his role, Anton is responsible for the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance audit, risk, and compliance workflows. His experience includes developing enterprise AI products at LinkedIn and Workday, as well as at startups such as Restless Bandit and Skupos.

Eric Chan is a Director of Strategy & Risk Advisory Services and a Financial Services Sector Leader with over 18 years of experience. Eric is helping companies navigate complex regulatory environments while providing comprehensive operational, information technology, and information security risk management solutions for several of the top 20 global financial services institutions. Eric offers extensive experience operating in all three lines of risk management defense with significant subject matter expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, IT/IS Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy and Protection, Information and Cybersecurity, Third-Party Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, and Capital Planning. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Eric spent over 13 years in leadership positions at global Fortune 500 financial institutions.

Nick is the Head of GRC at OpenAI and comes with 20 years of experience in technology, security, and GRC. Throughout his career, Nick has focused on solving interesting and challenging problems using technology with a focus on understanding and analyzing data. Starting his career in product development and engineering, he specializes in developing and maintaining business and customer relationships with a goal to deliver solutions and products with the customer in mind.

Nick is a Managing Director of Cybersecurity Strategy and GRC and a pillar leader. Nick has driven GRC program design, build, and maturity across 15+ companies: from startups to Fortune 50 across industries within Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial/FinTech, and Retail. Prior to MFCC, Nick worked for a Fortune 500 financial services firm helping drive their security program to become regulatory compliant and meet all compliance expectations. Nick has 17+ years in the corporate sector with the majority of his time in lead roles supporting Fortune 500 global enterprise programs (Bear Stearns, JPMorgan, Citigroup, GE Capital, Synchrony Financial.)

• Nick has been with MFCC for over five years and currently leads MFCC’s Cyber Strategy & GRC service offering, including program advisory, build, maturity, integration, and managed services.
• He leads program development and security risk assessment services utilizing standards (such as CIS, NIST, and ISO) with alignment to best practices and regulatory obligations (such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SEC, NYDFS, FDIC).

Raj has 28 years of hands-on leadership experience in Cybersecurity and IT, working for large financial institutions, and for defense and telecommunications companies, and has held senior Cybersecurity and IT leadership roles, including CISO. Raj is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), an Oracle Cloud Certified Professional (OCP), and is FINRA licensed. He has authored 4 cybersecurity books – The CISO Guide to Incident Response, The CISO Guide to Zero Trust Security, The CISO’s Next Frontier: AI, Post-Quantum Cryptography & Advanced Security Paradigms, and The CISO’s Transformation: Security Leadership in a High Threat Landscape. He’s co-authored 14 security patents and advises several boards on cybersecurity strategy.

Richard Marcus leads the Information Security Team at AuditBoard where he is focused on product, infrastructure, and corporate IT security. He is also responsible for leading the charge on AuditBoard’s own internal compliance initiatives. In this capacity, he has become an AuditBoard product power user, leveraging the platform’s robust feature set to satisfy compliance, risk assessment, and audit use cases.

Sundari is a seasoned information security executive. Sundari is currently leading the Business Information Security Office at CDW. Prior to this role, Sundari served as the Vice President of Security Risk Management for Activision Blizzard King, building and maturing a large team supporting the Governance, Risk, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Resilience, and Vulnerability Management functions. She provided board, executive level, and business unit leadership reporting. Sundari’s previous experience also includes serving as a CISO. Sundari’s experience varies across several industries including gaming, financial technologies, telecom, and technology.

Sundari holds several certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), and Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP). Sundari enjoys spending time with her family, reading and working out. Her passion includes mentoring and helping individuals in their careers.

Tom Brennan is the CEO and founder of Proactive Risk and has spent over two decades as a seasoned expert in the cybersecurity realm. During this time, he has leveraged his extensive knowledge and experience to empower organizations to effectively utilize technology and minimize risk. With a rich history of contributions to both open-source and commercial projects, he works with organizations to develop their cybersecurity risk programs, deliver innovative solutions, and maintain a cutting-edge perspective in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
