What to Expect During the Interview Process

Once you apply, the Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to the role will review your application and respond within 1-2 weeks depending on applicant volume. If there’s a match, you’ll follow one of the interview processes below.

    Talent Partner Interview

    The Talent Acquisition Partner will use this time to get to know you better, assess initial fit for the role, and set expectations.

  2. 02

    Hiring Manager Interview

    Your potential manager will deep dive into your skills and experience.

  3. 03

    Team Member Interviews

    Get to know other leaders or team members with a focus on a few core areas.

  4. 04

    Assessment or Presentation

    Show us how you approach and solve problems (exercise depends on role).

  5. 05

    Hiring Team Decision

    Interviewers will gather to share feedback, assess candidates against job criteria, and make a hiring decision. We’ll provide feedback if we don’t move forward with your candidacy.

    Verbal and Written Offer!

    We’ll give you a call to discuss offer details and answer benefits questions before formally extending an offer!

    Talent Partner Interview

    The Talent Acquisition Partner will use this time to get to know you better, assess initial fit for the role, and set expectations.

  2. 02

    Technical Interview/Coding Challenge

    A paired programming interview with either a javascript centric or algorithm-based coding portion and Q&A time. Be sure to ask questions and communicate your thought process!

  3. 03

    Three Technical Interviews

    Topics vary by role and may include:

    • Engineering Q&A (behavioral interview)
    • Data Structures or JS Feature Development
    • System Architecture/Design

  4. 04

    Team Fit Call

    Based on the technical calls, you’ll meet with the potential manager of the best-fitting team. This may be someone you have already met during your interview process.

    Hiring Team Decision

    Interviewers will gather to share feedback, assess candidates against job criteria, and make a hiring decision. We’ll provide feedback if we don’t move forward with your candidacy.

    Team Member Interviews

    Get to know team members within Sales Leadership and Sales Engineering with a focus on sales experience and approach, team collaboration, and values alignment.

  4. 04

    Leadership Interview (virtual or in-person)

    Meet with a senior leader on the team with a focus on leadership/working style and team dynamic.

  5. 05

    Sales Panel Presentation

    The Panel Presentation step is a 60 minute zoom call dedicated to the following agenda. The prompt will be shared ahead of the call to provide you with time to prepare.

    • 10 minutes: quick introductions and review the pre-call email
    • 20 minutes: mock discovery call
    • 20 minutes: follow up questions from panel
    • 10 minutes: candidate questions for the panel

    Interviewers will gather to share feedback, assess candidates against job criteria, and make a hiring decision. We’ll provide feedback if we don’t move forward with your candidacy.
