Michelle Lee is an AI keynote speaker, technology and leadership expert, and the Founder and CEO of Obsidian Strategies. As the former VP of Amazon’s Machine Learning Solutions Lab, Michelle advised Amazon’s biggest clients on how to implement AI into their business. Now, as founder and CEO of Obsidian Strategies (“Architects for AI-Driven Strategies”), Michelle shows business leaders how AI is being applied to increase productivity, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue across a wide range of industries. Michelle was also an executive at Google during their formative years and she brings unique perspectives based on her time in Silicon Valley.

During her time at Amazon, she led a global team of business consultants and data scientists who worked with clients from a broad range of industries to spot and implement their most fruitful AI/machine learning applications. She also played a key role in addressing policy, regulatory, and ethical risks associated with AI services and applications and was the founding business executive lead for AWS’s responsible AI efforts. Prior to Amazon, Michelle served as the presidentially-appointed Under Secretary of Commerce and Director of the 200-year-old U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she led over 10,000 people to implement AI and data analytics at the agency to enhance operations.

Michelle is an MIT AI Lab-trained computer scientist and has worked at the MIT AI and Hewlett-Packard Research Laboratories. For her expertise, she has testified before Congress about 10 times and received numerous awards for her leadership and professional accomplishments. Michelle is a frequent speaker on AI, innovation, digital transformation, and board governance and has spoken at The World Knowledge Forum, South by Southwest, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Conference, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Richard Chambers is the CEO of Richard F. Chambers & Associates, a global advisory firm for internal audit professionals, and also serves as Senior Advisor, Risk and Audit at AuditBoard. Previously, he served for over a decade as president and CEO of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where he led the organization to record global membership and countless milestones.

Chad is currently the VP of IT Audit and Security at Equifax and has been with the organization for 10 years. Chad has over 30 years of experience in IT audit, security, risk, governance, and compliance. His experiences include leading cybersecurity teams, building and managing IT audit functions, and implementing GRC programs using various automated tools. Chad is a CISA, CISSP, and holds a Master of Science in Network Security.

Mike Levy is CEO & Managing Principal at Cherry Hill Advisory. Mike has experience working with all phases of the audit, risk, and compliance ecosystem. He has worked extensively in the emerging risk space and developed leading strategies to ensure proactive cyber risk management.

Mike earned an MBA from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).

Eric Mai is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management for Delta Air Lines. In this role, he is responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of Delta’s enterprise risk management program and methodology. He works closely with Delta’s senior leadership team and the board of directors on aspects of risk governance, including participation on numerous risk-oriented committees across the enterprise such as ESG, business continuity, emergency management, safety, security, brand and reputation risk, supply chain and third-party risk management. Before joining Delta, Eric worked for Novelis, Inc., a global aluminum recycling and rolled products manufacturer, where he held roles of increasing importance in finance, procurement, sales, and most recently as director, corporate strategy and enterprise risk management.

Eric received a Risk Governance certificate and is a Qualified Risk Director, (QRD®) from the DCRO Institute, and a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association (PDA). He is recognized as an ERM Fellow by NC State University, active on the NC State ERM Initiative Advisory Board, and a certified Sigma Black Belt in Continuous Improvement. Eric serves as Board Director for the Girl Scouts of Atlanta Council and chairs the Strategic Planning Committee. He also has served as Chairman of the Board for the Robert D. Fowler YMCA, and Board Director for the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, serving as Chair of the Operations Committee.

Pat Noll is the General Manager of Corporate Audit at Delta Air Lines, where he spearheads SOX compliance, digital analytics, GRC platform utilization, and audit operations. He plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and peers to enhance the processes that support internal audit and the business at large. Prior to joining Delta, Pat spent 16 years providing auditing and consulting expertise across diverse industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients.

Scott Arnold is President and CEO of AuditBoard. An industry veteran with a track record of successfully leading private and public software companies through multiple stages of growth, Scott leverages his enterprise software experience and proven strategy and leadership skills to drive the vision, scale, and success of AuditBoard. Prior to joining AuditBoard, Scott was president of Shutterfly Enterprise where he successfully grew the business to over $230 million in revenues. Before joining Shutterfly Enterprise, Arnold served as president and CEO of AppSense, leading the enterprise software provider through a successful exit to a large strategic partner. Prior to AppSense, Arnold served in CEO and COO roles at MarketTools and Borland Software, both leading enterprise software organizations. Arnold began his professional career at McKinsey where he spent 13 years working with some of the world’s largest technology clients and helped build the firm’s practice in Silicon Valley.

Sarika is a global serial C-level executive with over 25 years of experience and deep domain expertise as a Chief Product Officer in B2B and SaaS organizations ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar companies. She has a strong track record in P&L oversight, managing a direct P&L of $20 million for product and design and influencing a $120 million R&D budget, significantly impacting company strategy and operations. She has extensive experience in M&A with over 25 acquisitions across her career, including due diligence, product strategy integration, and product and organization integration.

Richard is AuditBoard’s CISO, where he leadings product, infrastructure, and corporate IT security functions as well as AuditBoard’s own internal risk and compliance initiatives. In this capacity, he has become an AuditBoard product power user, leveraging the platform’s robust feature set to help achieve SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001 certification, and many other GRC initiatives. In his spare time, he enjoys exchanging insights with his information security leader peers in the AuditBoard Community and participating in the AuditBoard product development process. Prior to joining AuditBoard, Richard led global GRC at Verizon Media and Security Operations at EdgeCast Networks.
